WELLNESS CHAKRA LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Wellness Chakra, our exclusive loyalty program designed to enhance your experience and savings on pharmaceutical purchases in the selected stores within Kolhapur, Aurangabad, and Nashik only.

** Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before enrolling in the program:

• Eligibility: Indian above age of 18 and with a valid Indian mobile number.
• Membership Activation: To enjoy the benefits of Wellness Chakra, customers must enroll by paying a non-refundable membership fee (as defined below) of Rs 99 for a 6-month period. This membership cannot be paused or transferred. Benefits get activated as soon as the membership plan is purchased.
• Membership Fee: Rs 299/- 99/-
• Tenure: 6 months from the date of activation
• Benefits: Upon enrollment, Members can avail discounts on the orders placed in stores. Members receive an additional 5% discount on a total purchase bill of pharmaceutical products only over and above available in-store discounts.
• Exclusions and limitations: This discount applies exclusively to items classNameified under the pharmacy category by Wellness Forever and cannot be used for other products such as WSP (Wellness Special Price), FMCG, Premium Label, Generikart, NDP (No Discount Products), or any services. This discount is valid for in-store pharmaceutical products purchases up to 30 times per month.
• Returns, replacements and refunds: The overarching Wellness Forever policy for refunds, replacements and returns will be applicable on all products. Refunds for the products purchased on discount will be done at the discounted price only. In the case of replacements, the difference in price between the products will payable by the customer.
• Membership Renewal: Members can renew their membership at the end of the 6-month period. Failure to renew will result in the automatic expiration of benefits.
• Usage: Benefits can only be used by the enrolled member and to avail the discounts the enrolled member should carry the registered number at the time of purchase. Currently, this membership plan is not extended to our hospital pharmacy outlets.
• Termination: Employees are responsible for using the discount in accordance with this policy and any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of benefits, or any violation of these terms by the member. This action may be taken for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace or alter these Terms, or terminate the program at any time.
