Vasicon Eye Drop is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of allergic eye disease. It provides relief from redness and swelling. It also helps in drawing out the extra water from the swollen cornea.

It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.

Vasicon Eye Drop is a combination of five medicines: Boric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Sulfate, Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Naphazoline.
Boric Acid and Zinc Sulfate are antiseptics which treat bacterial infection in the eyes and relieves irritation.
Sodium Chloride is a purified salt solution which works by drawing out water from swollen cornea.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic.
It blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, watery eyes.
Naphazoline is a decongestant which works by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling)..
